The system can also include an energy meter configured to communicate with the utility device, wherein the utility device attempts to receive the meter energy consumption reading from the energy meter.

    Abstract: Methods for fabricating rubber-based elastomeric materials are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method for fabricating a rubber-based elastomeric glove includes milling diene rubber to form first and second milled diene rubber portions; forming a first mixture by mixing a silica reinforcing component and a first antiozonant wax with the first milled diene rubber portion; forming a second mixture by mixing a second antiozonant wax with the second milled diene rubber portion; mixing the first mixture, the second mixture, and a solvent to form a viscous solution; and dipping a glove mold into the viscous solution for a selected number of dips, and evaporating the solvent from the glove mold between dips to form the rubber-based elastomeric glove, wherein the elastomeric glove has a thickness of at least about 30 mils, and wherein the elastomeric glove exhibits a flexural modulus of less than about 0.06 MPa.

    Abstract: A linear actuator system has a rotary spool valve configuration having a spool, a piston, and a cylinder. The spool and piston have return apertures so positioned, configured and angled to direct return flow towards the center of a spool central return port and spool pressure ports to direct pressurized flow into upper or lower chambers. Rotation of the spool synchronizes and aligns ports and apertures to reverse flows and effect upward and downward translation of the cylinder to vibrationally drive an implement to perform work. The positioned and angled apertures direct the fluid to a region demarcated by a total length of 1.5 times the interior diameter of the spool central return port centered about a piston shoulder. A base plug member having a bull-nose tip, baffles and cavities is disposed within the spool central return port to reduce or eliminate cavitation.

The obtained images and one or more portions of the contextual data are compared to historical sets of images of damaged motor vehicles and corresponding additional contextual data and actual delta velocity values. A delta velocity value is calculated based on the comparison. The calculated delta velocity value is provided to verify damage severity during automated processing of the electronic insurance claim.

A transport assembly conveys the carbonaceous material and gas mixture to a first reactor where at least the carbonaceous material within the mixture is subject to thermochemical reactions to form the product gas.
