    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to confirm the safety of a fermented papaya preparation in type 2 diabetic patients while determining its effect on ATP production and mitochondria to find further health advantages for type 2 diabetic patients. The present invention provides an ATP production promoter for promoting ATP production in type 2 diabetic patients and a mitochondrial activity promoter for promoting mitochondrial activity in the patients, each comprising a fermented papaya product as an active ingredient.     Abstract: The present utility model provides a twice injection-molded frame structure for electronic communication products, which comprises a metal housing connected by injection-molding and an inner frame made of soft plastics. The metal housing is divided into three sections and has metal keys molded individually. Holes are provided in the soft plastic inner frame in locations corresponding to the metal keys, and key-blocking cloth is provided within the holes. When the aluminum alloy frame and TPE use a bonding-fusion process in production hard-to-hard contact between metals is avoided (which contact would result in surface scratches on the machine); instead when TPE is in contact with the metal of the machine, it has further effects of avoiding collision and shock absorption. That the aluminum alloy frame and TPE use the bonding-fusion process in production sufficiently resolves the defect that frame products cannot be surface treated.

    Abstract: A capacitive power system having a service life extending approach. The system may have an ultra or super capacitor with high capacitance. A predetermined amount of energy may be stored in the capacitor, sufficient for providing power to an electrically powered mechanism in the event the mechanism loses its power, to place it in a fail safe condition. With the capacitor at an initial capacitance, the working voltage may be set as low as possible while still retaining sufficient capacity for storing the predetermined amount of energy. As the capacitor's capacitance decreases with age, the working voltage of the capacitor may be gradually increased to compensate for lost capacitance. If the mechanism loses power, then a discharge of the capacitor may be initiated to transfer energy to the mechanism. If the electrical mechanism has power, then a charging of the capacitor may be initiated to transfer energy to the capacitor.
