Abstract: An orthotic positioning apparatus includes an insole having a toe area configured to receive a user's toes, a plurality of first resilient toe separator elements removably attachable to the toe area, and a plurality of second resilient toe separator elements removably attachable to the toe area. The first resilient toe separator elements are configured to separate adjacent toes of the user's foot by a first predetermined distance while the second resilient toe separator elements are configured to separate adjacent toes of the user's foot by a second predetermined distance. The first predetermined distance is different than the second predetermined distance. The insole comprises a plurality of apertures disposed at the toe area that correspond to the first resilient toe separator elements and the second resilient toe separator elements. The apertures are configured to removably receive the first resilient toe separator elements and the second resilient toe separator elements therethrough.
