Patents Assigned to Oneday Wall AB
  • Publication number: 20190071878
Abstract: A mounting clip for attaching building boards to a support structure of a wall has a fixation arrangement attaching the mounting clip to a stud of the support structure. After that the mounting clip has been attached to the support structure, attachment tongues receive a respective groove of a building board, thus holding the building boards to the support structure. Each attachment tongue has at least one barbed grip member for locking the building board in an innermost position on the mounting clip. The innermost position has a deepest distance that the attachment tongue has been inserted into the groove of building board.

  • Patent number: 10189234
Abstract: A building board is finished in a first processing station via laterally operating processing means, where-in a first edge strip is glued along a first edge side of body element of the building board. In a second processing station a primary surface layer is glued, by vertically operating processing means, to cover the entire primary main side and the primary side of the first edge stripe. Thereafter, a vertical pressure is applied over the body element and the first edge stripe across a working direction while the body element and the first edge stripe pass the second processing station in such a manner that a primary side of the first edge stripe is brought in level with a primary main side of the body element when passing the second processing station.

  • Patent number: 9388583
Abstract: A building board for mounting on a support structure including a set of studs. The building board comprising a framing element essentially shaped as a rectangular cuboid including two opposite main sides having relatively large delimitation surfaces and four edge sides having relatively small delimitation surfaces. A first type of snap-in means are arranged along a first edge side and a second type of snap-in means are arranged along a second edge sides opposite to said first edge side. The snap-in means of the first type is, after mounting of the building board against the support structure, configured to receive a snap-in means of the second type of another building board so that this building board is connected to the mounted building board. Either the snap-in means of said first or second type includes a groove for receiving at least one clamping element for fixing and holding the first and the second building boards against a stud of the support structure.

  • Patent number: 8789336
Abstract: A proposed edge strip is attached on a wall structure for mounting of a wall board against the wall structure, The edge strip is composed of an elongated element suitable for length adaption through cutting in a length dimension to an extension of the wall structure in a specific dimension, for example the height of the wall. The edge strip comprises a connection part arranged in a first side extending in the length dimension. The connection part has click-in means configured to receive a fastening means integrated into the connection means of the wall board and interconnect the wall board and the edge strip, such that the wall board becomes attached to the wall structure.
