Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a tower type air purifier installed and operated outdoors to purify air pollutants such as fine dust. More particularly, the tower type air purifier is manufactured by modularizing and combining main constituent components of a main body in a tower form in order to easily separate and purify air pollutants in the air. A controller, which prepares an air purification algorithm based on air pollution measurement information, controls a blower, a mist sprayer, an ion emitter, a cleaning water injector and an adsorption brush installed in the purifier to quickly purify a large amount of suctioned air. The purifier can be operated independently or a group of purifiers can be operated through remote control according to an air purification algorithm suitable for each air pollution region and provided from a weather center.
