Abstract: Systems and methods for investment production valuation and risk estimation for mortgage-backed security products are provided. In one embodiment, the disclosure provides a system for investment product valuation and risk estimation, comprising a computer system for receiving information about a mortgage-backed security, an engine executed by the computer system and processing the information about the mortgage-backed security to disaggregate individual loan data, the engine simulating future prices scenarios of the mortgage-backed security using one or more computer models to generate valuation and risk estimation data for the mortgage-backed security, and a user interface generated by the system for presenting a report to a user which includes the future price scenarios of the mortgage-backed security.

Abstract: A system for automatically recommending treatments for delinquent accounts in collections is provided. The system includes one or more sub-models for analyzing and scoring delinquent accounts and comparing them to historical accounts to identify similar historical accounts. The system can select and recommend one or more treatments for the delinquent account based on treatments for the historical accounts that may have previously provided a favorable outcome for a similar account. The system may test the efficacy of new treatments and incorporate the results into the memory, thereby learning and adapting to new treatments and account behavior.

  • Publication number: 20130006801
Abstract: A method for allocating vehicles to auction sites. An inventory database stores information uniquely identifying a plurality of items and associating each of the items with one of a plurality of available auction sites. Constraints relating to the movement of the items are stored in a constraints database. Items are identified which are available to be moved from a current location to one of the auction sites. A profit value is estimated for each available move. A move is identified for one item having a highest estimated profit above an identified threshold and meeting related constraints. This move is selected, and profits are reestimated for remaining items to be moved. The selection steps are repeated until no remaining available moves are feasible according to the threshold and constraints. Once all feasible moves have been selected, information associated with the items and moves is transmitted to a client device.
