Raw components are provided to at least one selected remote processing location. The selected remote processing location includes a light guided system. Work instructions are provided to the selected remote processing location, wherein the work instructions enable the light guided system to guide construction of the completed product. The completed product is processed, using at least the raw components, the work instructions, and the light guided system. The completed product is shipped from the selected remote processing location upon completion of the processing.

The guide system controller may also include a plurality of positional identifiers, with the method including the selecting of a positional identifier based on the input signal and the projecting of the visual indicator onto a physical object at a location corresponding to the selected positional identifier.

An information signal from the controller to the head wearable display device generates a visual image on the display corresponding to the information signal that is viewable by the individual, with the visual image providing guidance to the wearer to perform an action and the display being generally transparent and the visual image electronically generated and virtually over laid on a physical object or surface when viewed through the display. Upon completion of an action associated with the visual image, a confirmation signal is provided to the controller.
