  • Patent number: 11475374
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for a self-adjusting corporation-wide discovery and integration feature of a machine learning system that can review a client's data store, review the labels for the various data schema, and effectively map the client's data schema to classifications used by the machine learning model. The various techniques can automatically select the features that are predictive for each individual use case (i.e., one client), effectively making a machine learning solution client-agnostic for the application developer. A weighted list of common representations of each feature for a particular machine learning solution can be generated and stored. When new data is added to the data store, a matching service can automatically detect which features should be fed into the machine-learning solution based at least in part on the weighted list. The weighted list can be updated as new data is made available to the model.

  • Patent number: 11475007
Abstract: A query optimization system is described that, at runtime, optimizes the execution pipeline generated for a query. Based upon communications between nodes in the execution pipeline, the execution pipeline generated for a query is optimized by modifying the execution pipeline to create a modified execution pipeline. The modified execution pipeline is then executed to execute the query and results obtained for the query. The changes or modifications made to an execution pipeline may include changing the capabilities (e.g., changes to inputs and/or outputs of a node, changing the task(s) or function(s) performed by the node) of one or more nodes within the execution pipeline. The changes may include changing the position of one or more nodes within a directed acyclic graph representing the execution pipeline.

  • Patent number: 11468379
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for predicting the effects of acceleration on a probability of a successful completion of a project. Specifically, one or more machine learning algorithms can be trained to predict the success of a project from a plurality of features, including at least one feature that is a function of an end date of the project. A set of projects can be selected from projects having expected end dates that do not fall within a desired window of time, each project having a first probability of success given the current end date. A second probability is calculated for each project at a machine learning platform that quantifies a chance that the project will be successful if completed within the window of time. A difference between the first probability and the second probability is determined for each project, and the projects are selected according to the difference.

  • Patent number: 11463276
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods providing a multi-dimensional ring-lattice network topology. Systems and methods disclosed herein provide for constructing network topologies in a form of a partial mesh (a partially connected network), where a bridge is capable of forwarding packets through other bridges when a direct link to the destination compute device is not available. A temporary on-demand tunnel is created by virtual networking software on-demand, to facilitate a direct tunnel between two virtual network interfaces where such a direct connection is not available with a permanent tunnel, and where there is sufficient traffic demand between these two interfaces that justifies a direct tunnel. The described approach provides a framework for achieving a compromise between link count limitation, and packet-forwarding path length, that can be tailored to address particular network requirements, together with a way to reliably predict the performance of the resulting network.
