Abstract: A convertible stroller for selectively converting between two different active use modes is provided. The convertible stroller may include a frame supporting at least one front wheel, rear wheels, and a seat base for supporting (or including) a seating surface. The seat base is operable to be selectively positioned in at least two different use modes, a first use mode and a second use mode, wherein the first use mode positions the seat base at a relatively higher position than in the second use mode. In some examples, the frame and/or wheels are also operable to transition to a longer wheel base in the second use mode.

Abstract: A baby stroller system is provided including a baby stroller and a ride along board attached thereto for supporting a rider (e.g., a child) while the stroller is pushed. The ride along board may include a platform for the rider to stand upon and at least one wheel for supporting the platform. Additionally, the ride along board is positioned asymmetrically relative to the stroller, e.g., in-line with one of the rear wheel or laterally outside of the stroller wheel base. Further, the platform may be positioned laterally outside of the handlebars, thereby providing more room for the rider (e.g., not having to stand or squeeze between the handlebars) and moving the ride along board and rider away from the moving space of a user pushing the stroller. The ride along board further includes at least three wheels defining a ride along board wheel base, where a center of mass of the ride along board is within the wheel base. The ride along board may be attached to opposing ends of an axle of one of the rear wheels.

Abstract: An all weather sunshade system for infant carriers includes a main sunshade that is pivotally attached to the infant carrier and an integrally provided sunshade extension. The main sunshade is selectively deployable and includes curved semi-rigid members which support a fabric material and includes a front edge. A rear edge of the sunshade extension is secured along the front edge of the main sunshade structure and is sized and shaped so that it may be selectively drawn forward, when the main sunshade is fully deployed, and secured around a front portion of the infant carrier. In doing so, the sunshade extension remains taut following the contours defined by the shape of the front edge of the main sunshade and the perimeter shape of the front edge of the infant carrier.

The magnetic material is adapted to attract a component of the child seat's belt harness, such as a tongue, a buckle and/or a belt. When the child seat's belt harness is in an unfastened configuration, a tongue, buckle, and/or belt portion of the belt harness may be held in place by the magnetic material at the positions described above, thus reducing the likelihood of the belt harness components interfering with the ingress and/or egress of a child seat occupant.

In one example, apparatus for providing suspension/damping of a stroller includes a first member attached to a stroller frame, a second member disposed co-axially with the first member and operable to rotate relative to the first member, and at least one elastic member (e.g., urethane) positioned between the first and second members for damping motion (e.g., rotational or translational motion) therebetween.
