    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for controlling thermal processes, whereby measuring devices measure at least two process parameters at least once within a time interval in which a parameter change occurs that is not negligible for the process sequence, the recorded parameters are fed into a control unit, and the control unit regulates the process parameters in the thermal process by means of quantities obtained from the measurements of process parameters.
