Abstract: Methods for generating organization synergy values are described. In one embodiment, a project may be created in a project management application, and a rating trigger associated with the project may be created. A rating triggering event may be detected, and a rating request may be generated. A completed rating associated with a project element may be received from a project stakeholder, and an organization synergy value associated with the organization member and the project element may be generated based at least in part on the rating.

Each one of the plurality of proximity values may be associated with a different one of the plurality of members.
