  • Patent number: 11154339
Abstract: A bone stabilization implant includes a stabilization plate provided with anchor orifices intended to receive bone anchor screws and a locking element secured in rotation to a pivot shaft pivotally mounted in a bore of the plate and movable between a rest position and a locking position of the bone anchor screw. The locking element is integrally disposed inside a recess and its lower face has a central area bearing on a bottom wall of the recess and at least one peripheral area adapted to at least partially cover an anchor orifice in the locking position. The lower face has a convex shape according a radial axis extending radially to its peripheral area.

  • Patent number: 11083590
Abstract: An intersomatic prosthesis with lateral introduction with a prosthesis body symmetrical along a sagittal plane is provided. The intersomatic prosthesis includes a convex anterior lateral wall along an anterior radius of curvature and a convex posterior lateral wall along a posterior radius of curvature larger than the anterior radius of curvature, a right end wall and a left end wall, and a lower bearing wall and an upper bearing wall open onto an inner space. The lower bearing wall has a central lower portion provided with lower teeth having lower bearing tips defining a lower bearing surface which is planar, and the upper bearing wall has a central upper portion provided with upper teeth having upper bearing tips defining an upper bearing surface which is convex.

  • Publication number: 20210121205
Abstract: A bone implant including a plate with an orifice extending along a steering axis capable of receiving an anchor screw extending along a screw axis, where a first blocking member is arranged in a first peripheral housing formed in the orifice, and a second blocking member is arranged in a second peripheral housing formed in the orifice and offset relative to the first housing according to the steering axis, and the orifice includes a lower portion providing a bearing with polyaxiality to the anchor screw so that the screw axis can form with the steering axis a screw angle with an adjustable measurement, and the blocking members are elastically deformable between an open configuration, in which they authorize an insertion of the anchor screw, and a closed configuration, in which they prevent an extraction of the anchor screw regardless of the measurement of the screw angle.

  • Patent number: 10531898
Abstract: A sacroiliac fixation implant comprising a one-piece anchoring component supporting a connecting element of the linking rod and provided with three orifices for the passage of anchoring screws, where the anchoring component comprises: an elongated main wall in which are formed two orifices, where the connecting element is interposed between the two orifices; and a secondary wall protruding from the main wall at the level of one end so that the anchoring component has a general «L» shape, a third orifice being formed on said secondary wall; wherein each orifice is internally delimited by a spherical shaped bearing face extended by a truncated-cone shaped flared face centered on a central axis, and wherein the orientations of the central axes and the taper angles of the flared faces are shaped so as to enable an arrangement of the screwing axes of the three anchoring screws.
