Abstract: An electric connection part between a bulb and a terminal is masked without using a special masking material when a lamp unit is produced through a primary injection step of molding a lamp main body and a lens part while using a movable mold and a fixed mold, a film forming step of covering the lamp main body with a film, and a secondary injection step of uniting the lamp main body and the lens part together with a resinous material. The bulb is incorporated through a step set between the primary injection step and the film forming step. In the state in which the bulb is incorporated in the lamp main body, the surface of the top of the bulb is covered with a film, and a part hidden by the shadow of the film is masked, and hence electric insulation properties are secured.
Abstract: A vacuum film forming apparatus includes a target chamber in which a target is disposed for performing a vacuum film forming; a first mold at a side of the target chamber; and a second mold that includes a workpiece chamber in which a workpiece is capable of being disposed. The first mold and the second mold are structured such that a film being formed onto the workpiece is capable of being carried out by die matching between the first mold and the second mold, and a shutter device for opening and closing the target chamber is provided to the first mold.
Abstract: When a lamp unit is formed by applying a resinous material onto an abutting part between a lamp main body and a lens part through a secondary injection process, a mold receiving portion that is shaped like a concave groove and that is entered by a mold face is formed inside an abutting portion of the lamp main body so as to receive an injection force generated when secondary injection is performed. When the lamp main body is pushed out with the abutting portion and is extracted alone, the groove of the mold receiving portion is prevented from being expanded and deformed by receiving a load generated when pushed out. A reinforcing rib with which the mold receiving portion is filled is formed at a location that corresponds to a part of the mold receiving portion pushed out by a push-out member.
Abstract: A hollow coated molded product is easily produced whose interior is coated, by using first and second moldings injection-molded through a first injecting step. Against first and second moldings injection-molded through a first injecting step, a coating device provided on a robot hand is butted and forms coatings thereon at a step at which a movable mold is separated from the fixed mold and thereafter, the first and second moldings are butted against each other and integrated through a second injecting step, whereby a coated molded product is formed.

Abstract: When forming a film on work, such as a lamp holder, the work is not set in a film-forming chamber as in the prior arts, but a film is formed thereon by using a mold, thereby simplifying the film formation work. A movable mold is matched to a fixed mold in a state where a vacuum deposition apparatus, the film-forming element, is provided in the fixed mold and the work is supported in the movable mold. Next, film formation is carried out with the film-forming space in a vacuum state. Thereafter, the movable mold is opened, wherein the film formation work on the work surface using molds can be carried out with a series of processes.
Abstract: When integrally producing a lamp holder, which is provided with a lamp body and a lens portion, by using a mold-sliding injection system, a lamp holder having a reflection surface formed on the interior surface thereof is produced. A fixed mold is provided with a vacuum deposition apparatus, wherein a lamp holder having a reflection surface is produced by a reflection surface forming process, which is provided between a primary injection process for molding a lamp holder and a lens portion and a secondary injection process for integrating the lamp holder and the lens portion by matching the same together, for vacuum-depositing the reflection surface on the interior surface of the lamp holder.
