Abstract: A pulling cart with four wheels can be folded into a folded configuration. The wheels are mounted on wheel assemblies which can be in an open or a folded position. The cart has a front panel hinged to a rear panel. The front panel has a front carrier for mounting two wheel assemblies and a pair of slide rails extendable to the second panel. A rear carrier having two wheel assemblies is fixedly mounted to the end portion of the slide rails to move between the front and rear panels. When the cart is used for pulling, all wheel assemblies are in the open position. Each carrier has two arm-receiving holes. Each wheel assembly has a pair of arcuate arms which can rest on the carrier to support the wheel in the open position or move through the arm-receiving hole into the folded position for folding the cart.

Abstract: The invention refers to a capsule for preparing infusion beverages and a capsule production method. The capsule includes an outer containing body defining a longitudinal direction and a cover for forming a first inner chamber. The capsule has also a first inner duct extending in the longitudinal direction towards the inside for fluidly connecting the first inner chamber with the outside. The capsule has also an inner containing body with a second end wall, separate from the outer containing body. The inner containing body is arranged upside down, inside the outer containing body. The second inner chamber is fluidly connected with said first inner chamber. The capsule includes a closing layer for closing the inner containing body at the second end wall in a fluid-tight manner. The infusion beverage, after crossing the second end wall), is directed towards said first inner duct.

Abstract: Wavy riblets are disposed at one or more auditorily important acoustical boundary layers of a sound producing device. Wavy riblets can be deployed directly onto the surface of the device, and/or onto a film or other carrier that is then positioned in or on the device. Wavy riblets can be advantageously deployed in sets, in a herringbone pattern, and sets of smaller riblets can be disposed between sets of larger riblets. Wavy riblets can also be superimposed onto other wavy or non-wavy riblets. Contemplated sound producing devices include speakers, musical instruments, fan blades and ducts.

Abstract: Unit, capsule and method for preparing infusions. The unit comprises a capsule (2) and a device (100) for preparing infusions. The capsule (2) has a cup-shaped main body (6) open at one end. This end is closed with a lid (26) and forms an inner chamber (4). From said end there projects a perimetrical rim (12) having a sealing member (14) with an annular groove (16) formed between the side wall (18) of the main body (6) and a remote wall (20). The device (100) comprises an enclosing member (102) configured to receive the capsule (2) and having a leading sealing edge (104) which, in the operative position, is inserted in the groove (16) and is sealingly compressed simultaneously on the side wall (18) of the main body (6) and the remote wall (20). The invention also relates to a method for preparing infusions with this unit.

Abstract: A golf advertisement system is provided. The system includes a driving range mat having promotional material on a substantially uniform surface thereof. Preferably, the promotional material is disposed on a removable section which can be replaced with other promotional material. A golf dispensing device is provided, and preferable serves as a tee divider. The dispensing device includes further promotion material, which is preferably removable and replaceable. The device can be used in conjunction with the mat, and can dispense the golf ball on or over the promotional material on the mat for added focus on the material. In various embodiments, the dispensing device includes an electronic display panel, an audio output device, or a video camera to record a golf'swing, or a seating area. The display panel can provide further promotional material, and optionally provides feedback related to the golfer swing. An optional mirror is provided for a golf to view the swing.

Abstract: A digital sports pop-up apparatus in which the apparatus is representative of a predetermined sport. The apparatus comprises a stand member with a substantially hollow member engageable with an upper portion of the stand member, the substantially hollow member being in a predetermined shape indicative of a particular sport. There is an opening disposed adjacent a top of the hollow member to enable access into an interior thereof. A pop-up figure is disposed within the interior of the hollow member. A hinged lid is rotatingly engageable with the hollow member adjacent the opening for closing the opening. A latch is disposed in one of the hollow member and the hinged lid for securing the hinged lid in a closed position. There is a means engageable with the latch means for releasing the lid and a biasing means for causing the pop-up figure to be raised out of the hollow member when the hinged lid is open.
