One or more set screws extend from an outer wall of the clamp body into the channel to clamp onto the pinch weld. A connecting screw is connected to the clamp body to attach a device, such as a running board, to the vehicle.

Abstract: A vehicle toolbox includes a top portion and a bottom portion. The top portion includes a bin with a top opening and a lid connected to the bin and configured to pivot between an open and closed position. The bottom portion includes an enclosure having a front opening and one or more drawers positioned within the enclosure. A door is connected to the enclosure and able to pivot between open and close positions. The toolbox is sized to fit within dimensions of a given vehicle, such as a truck bed having two sidewalls. The top portion may have a width that is greater than the distance between the two sidewalls. The bottom portion may have a width that is less than the distance between the two sidewalls.

Each locking cover member secures an individual electric device to the base so that the electric device is held in electrical engagement with the charging station until the individual user removes the locking cover. The lockable charging station may include a multi-unit charger with an encapsulating base and plurality of locking cover members or a base with mounting points for individual chargers and a plurality of locking covers.

Abstract: A grill guard for a vehicle front end comprises a pair of upstanding end plates configured to extend forward and upward from a vehicle front bumper, and a cross tube extending laterally between the end plates. A one-way push-in screw retainer frictionally interlocks with the inner wall of the tube to resist removal therefrom. Disclosed are molded peripherally flanged end plates, with end plates, cross tubes and mounting brackets of molded plastics material. The cross tubes are shaped to incorporate lamp units. Headlight guards are mountable on the end brackets.
