    Abstract: The invention relates to a device for transporting an organ having a container for organs, a gas-driven pump connected to the container and conduits for circulating a liquid and/or gas through the container, and a controller for controlling the pump. There is a pressure sensor in the liquid output conduit of the pump that is connected to the controller and control the drive for the pump. The invention also relates to a method for transporting an organ in a container.
