Patents Assigned to Oxy-Dry Maschinen GmbH
  • Patent number: 7644659
Abstract: A cleaning device for surfaces of cylinders of a printing machine is provided, having at least one nozzle 23 with a nozzle opening 4 for a jet of cleaning fluid 13, a distribution line 22 for cleaning fluids, in which the nozzle 23 is inserted, as well as a cleaning element 20 for lifting contaminants, dissolved by the cleaning fluids, off the surface of the cylinder. The nozzle 23 is embodied as a separate component and detachably inserted in the distribution line 22. The nozzle 23 is made from a soft-elastic material. The nozzle 23 is provided with a deflector surface 6 arranged downstream from the nozzle opening 4 for deflecting and fanning a jet 13 exiting the nozzle opening 4, as well as a base 1 for inserting it into a distribution line 22, and a channel 11, which extends, on the one side, to a base opening 3 and, on the other side, to the nozzle opening 4. Furthermore, the invention relates to a nozzle for insertion in such a cleaning device.

  • Publication number: 20070012210
Abstract: A device for cleaning cylinders of a printing machine is provided, with the device being provided with a driven washing roller 2 to contact a cylinder 1 to be cleaned. A doctor blade 4 at least temporarily engages the surface of the rotating washing roller 2. A collection trough 6 is provided for the dirt scraped off the rotating washing roller 2 by a doctor blade 4. The doctor blade 4 is mounted in the collection trough 6. The collection trough 6 is movably mounted in reference to the washing roller 2 such that the doctor blade 4 can contact the washing roller 2 or can be moved away from it, when necessary, by a respective movement of the collection trough 6.

  • Patent number: 6401619
Abstract: The invention concerns a method and a device for cleaning guide rollers of a web printing press having a printing material web guided by a number of guide rollers, wherein cleaning liquid is applied onto the printing material web, is transported and transferred by same to the guide rollers and wherein the guide rollers to be cleaned are decelerated or accelerated while the printing material web is running, to generate slippage for removing the soiling. The printing material web is guided along a container for applying the cleaning liquid such that it has direct contact with the cleaning liquid contained in the container and thus automatically accepts cleaning liquid. In a preferred fashion, the sealing lip is elastically deformable for passing the cleaning liquid to the printing material web.
