    Abstract: The invention relates to a device for optical inspection of the open surfaces (19 of objects from at least two different viewing directions (P1, P2). The device comprises a telecentric imaging unit (11 or 12, an angle mirror (13) and auxiliary mirrors (8) within the area (K) of the telecentric imaging unit, between this and the object. The object is placed between the arms (3a, 3b) of the angle mirror (13) and the telecentric imaging unit is directed towards the combination of object and angle mirror. The auxiliary mirrors (8) have been oriented and positioned at intervals from the telecentric imaging unit such that the differences of distance of the viewing directions (P1 and/or P2 and/or P3 and/or P4) via the two arms (3a and 3b) of the angle mirror or via one arm (3a tai 3b) or not via the arms are compensated as they pass via the auxiliary mirrors.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus based on the telecentric imaging system for forming an image of a linear zone (17) of an object (1). The apparatus comprises a non-telecentric camera (9) consisting of an objective (8) and an image plane (19) formed by a row of photosensitive cells (15) as well as telecentric imaging means (18) between the objective and the object. The telecentric means comprise a concave strip mirror (6), which is aligned with said row of cells and with the aperture of said objective located in its focal plane, as well as a strip-like plane mirror (5) between the parabolic mirror and the objective, whereby the radiation being reflected from the objective continues via the parabolic mirror and the planar mirror further to the objective and from there to the image plane. In the apparatus there is further a scattered light source (7) which lightens the object. The apparatus is adapted for measuring the dimensions of the width parts of the object.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a joining construction for mounting the CCD cells of a color line camera on a color splitting prism (30) attached to a prism housing (2). Each CCD cell (6, 7, 8) is attached, by a first glue joint (13), to its fastening element (9), the length (L2) whereof is essentially larger than the length (L1) of the CCD cell, and which fastening element (9) extends from the housing margin (12a) located on one side of said exit surface (20a, 20b, 20c) of the color splitting prism to the other housing margin (12b) located on the opposite side thereof. Each fastening element (9) is attached to said margins by third glue joints (11).
