Abstract: A container labeling machine, including a conveyor of containers to be labeled and at least one labeling unit that comprises an unwinding assembly adapted to pick up from a spool a label ribbon to be applied to the containers, and to feed the label ribbon to a cutting drum which is provided with suction apertures for retaining the label ribbon in adhesion and provided with cutting apparatus for cutting the label ribbon at the separation region between two consecutive labels; the cutting drum supports at least one cutting device provided with a respective air suction chamber, which is open substantially at the lateral surface of the cutting drum and accommodates inside it at least one blade; the suction chamber is connectable to air suction apparatus for drawing the label ribbon against the blade, in order to cut the label ribbon.

Abstract: A container labeling machine that includes a conveyance device for conveying containers to be labeled along an advancement path and at least one labeling station arranged along the advancement path of the containers, the labeling station including an unwinding assembly for a labeling ribbon wound in a spool and a cutting drum which supports at least one cutting device, the cutting device including a respective suction chamber which accommodates at least one blade; a diagnostic device for diagnosing the correct operation of the cutting device is also provided, with a detection device for detecting at least one parameter correlated with the pressure present in the suction chamber.

Abstract: A machine and a method for labeling containers, the machine including a transfer drum, fed by an assembly for unwinding a labeling ribbon and provided with cutting elements, which is adapted to bring the individual labels, separated after cutting, into contact with corresponding containers which are supported by a conveyor; a roller for spreading adhesive faces the transfer drum and is designed to apply, to the labels that are present on the ribbon, at least one line of adhesive prior to their separation from the ribbon.

Abstract: A container labeling machine, which comprises a base structure which forms a region for the input of the containers to be labeled and at least one region for the output of the labeled containers and supports elements for the conveyance of the containers from the input region to the output region, at least one container labeling assembly being provided along the conveyor; the conveyor comprises at least two carousels provided with respective supporting plates for individual containers. At least one respective labeling assembly is associated with each one of the carousels. The conveyor furthermore comprises, substantially at the input region, elements for sorting the containers fed to the input region toward one and the other of the carousels and comprises elements for unloading the labeled containers from the carousels and for sending the labeled containers toward the output region.

Abstract: A labeling machine that comprises elements for entraining a tape along an advancement path with respect to a cutting device that has at least one blade adapted to cut the tape in order to obtain labels, the blade being arranged laterally spaced apart with respect to the advancement path of the tape, elements for redirecting at least one portion of the tape from the advancement path being also provided which are adapted to move such portion with respect to the advancement path of the tape in the direction of the blade in order to allow the blade to cut the tape at the aforementioned portion.

Abstract: A carousel labeling machine for pre-glued labels on a ribbon is provided. The machine includes a label cutting and transfer drum fed by a roller for unwinding the label ribbon from a reel, and rotating in step with the carousel, in the sense that the unwinding roller provides the drum with the label intended for the container that rests on a specific receptacle of the carousel. A cutter of the drum is actuated so as to cut the label when a photocell sends a clearance signal as a consequence of the presence of the container. If at least one container is missing on the corresponding receptacle, the photocell sends a command to the unwinding roller to feed the label ribbon to the cutting and transfer drum at a speed reduced with respect to the normal speed.

The threaded portion is adapted to mate with a portion of female thread provided with a conical guiding portion in an accommodation bush which is fixed to a surface that protrudes from the body of the labelling machine; the surface comprises at least one ramp which is adapted to be crossed by a respective wheel provided at the front end of the trolley, and means for abutment against centering means provided on the trolley.

Abstract: Labeling machine, particularly for labeling containers, comprising a rotating carousel for supporting pans, at least one pair of identical labeling assemblies being provided which are arranged consecutively at the peripheral region of the rotating carousel, each one of the labeling assemblies being associated with a slider slidable on guides between a forward active position, for applying the labels to the containers supported by the rotating carousel, and a retracted position, designed to load a reel of tape provided with the labels, the protective structure, which surrounds the rotating carousel, having, at each labeling assembly, a door movable by the action of elements that connect the door to the slider which supports the labeling assembly between an open position, assumed when the labeling assembly is in the forward position, and a closed position, assumed when the labeling assembly is in the retracted position.
