Abstract: A spout, in particular weldspout, has a plastic body that forms a duct for filling or emptying a plastic pouch, the plastic body having lateral surfaces which are directed at least regionally away from one another, are provided with a surface structure, and merge into one another at two sides, wherein the lateral surfaces are configured for connecting to a plastic film, wherein the surface structure comprises at least one profile having a height of between 0.10 and 0.5 mm above a base surface of the lateral surface. Furthermore, the invention relates to a container comprising a film pouch and a spout connected to the latter.

Abstract: A packaging container has a lid (2) and a container (1) for keeping preferably hot, fillable foods, in particular food packaging made of plastic, having a tamper-evident closure, situated on a skirt (3) which extends next to a side wall (12), and which has a tamper-evident tab (6). At least one anti-twist lock (13) of the container (1) is formed by an offset which tapers downwardly in a side wall (12) in the direction of a contact surface (19), and which has two contact edges (35) in the circumferential direction.

Abstract: A plant container with a pot and a coaster (2) made of plastic, in particular as a flowerpot, whereby the coaster (2) which is closed at the bottom to serve as a water dish is to be attached undetachably via coupling devices to the pot (1) which is provided with holes at the bottom and is designed in the sense of an easy but secure connection of the pot and the coaster in such a manner that the coaster (2) and the pot (1) are interconnected via coupling elements (11, 15) by at least one conically tapering guide face (9, 16) and are mutually engaged by a rotational movement.
