Abstract: The nozzle (3) is in its lower part formed respectively for receiving a pipette exchangeable tip (19) and is in its upper part releasably connected with the holder (2). In the holder (2) a pressure sleeve (6) is placed as being slidably borne in the holder (2). The pressure sleeve (6) is via a pressure sub-assembly seated in the holder (2) pressed to the sealing means placed between the pressure sleeve (6) and the nozzle (3). The plunger (1) is slidably borne in the pressure sleeve (6) and in the pressure sub-assembly. Due to this, leakproofness of the plunger (1) in the nozzle (3), which is indispensable for a correct and reliable pipette operation, is provided in PIPETTING, ADJUSTMENT or CALIBRATION MODES of the pipette. Simultaneously, in MAINTENANCE MODE of the pipette the sealing means automatically slide out from an abutting surface (2c) of the holder (2).

Abstract: Mechanical pipette with adjustable volume value of aspirated liquid is built of a handle (1) and a nozzle (3) and coupled with them: an ejection mechanism of a pipette exchangeable tip (8), a drawing up and discharging mechanism with a plunger (33) mounted in said pipette nozzle (3), a plunger working stroke adjustment mechanism, a manually actuated lock mechanism of a drive assembly of an adjustment screw of the plunger working stroke, a mechanical counter, a drive mechanism of a mechanical counter and a calibration mechanism for correction of the pipette accuracy deviation. The calibration mechanism comprises, mounted in the mechanical counter, releasable coupling means for complete disengagement of a revolvers assembly from the mechanical counter drive mechanism in CALIBRATION MODE, further, engaged with them, changeover means for changing over the pipette into CALIBRATION MODE and resetting means of the indication of the liquid volume value on the counter in CALIBRATION MODE.

Abstract: The invention relates to a nozzle assembly for mounting in a mechanical or an electronic pipette, which comprises a two-piece body consisting of a nozzle (3) and a holder (2), a plunger (1) cooperating by engaging means with a pipetting rod (18) of a pipette drawing up and discharging mechanism arranged in a pipette handle (16), and sealing means for sealing the plunger (1) in the nozzle assembly. Abstract: A pipetting device comprises a housing (1) with a handle (2) and a pipette (4) holder assembly (3), wherein the housing (1) end portion (7) incorporates a spherical raceway (16) to which the pipette (4) holding assembly (3) in mounted by the means of a connecting assembly (17) capable of sliding on the spherical raceway (16) at the housing (1) end portion (7) to facilitate the change of orientation angle of the pipette (4) axle in every plane with respect to the handle (2). The connecting assembly (17) comprises a first slider (18) slidably set in a rectangular opening (19) in the spherical raceway (16) at the housing (1) end portion (7), and a second slider (20) slidably set in a rectangular opening (21) in the first slider (18).
