    Abstract: The collection of a urine sample is disclosed. An inlet receives expelled urine. A first exit (203) directs the expelled urine towards a collection receptacle (202). The collection receptacle cooperates with a valve (201) to close off the receptacle after being filled with an initial flow. A second exit (206) expels excess urine after the receptacle has been filled.
