    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a bedding article which provides a structured construction for filling with filler material. Specifically, the present invention is directed to a bedding article that incorporates a number of pattern arrangements. The pattern arrangements allow for the sequestration of high performance filler material to areas of maximum effectiveness. Likewise, the pattern arrangement allows for standard performance material to be used in areas where user interaction is likely to be minimal, in order to minimize the amount of material needed in manufacture.

    Abstract: A bed sheet with elastic side panels is made of a material body configured to substantially cover a mattress. The sheet is provided with a foot and head elastic panels that cover and end region of the mattress and side panels. A portion of each side panel adjacent the mattress corner is made of an elastic material. The foot and head elastic panels extend to and connect to the elastic portions of the sides panels. The elastic panels can be configured of one sheet of material in common with the foot and head panels or as separate panels covering an end portion, and opposing side portions. These separate panels are joined at the apex of a corner of the mattress.

    Abstract: A bed sheet is made of: a material body with inner and outer surfaces configured to substantially cover a mattress. The sheet is provided with at least one pair of co-located pockets provided on the material body. The pockets are substantially rectangular and are placed one on top of the other. The outermost pocket has a height less than that of the inner pockets. The top edges of each pocket are open and slope in opposite direction to facilitate selective placement of objects in one pocket or the other.
