Abstract: An apparatus for treating wastewater, such as high-solids contend wastewater from a fracking operation, includes a solids-oil-water separation apparatus coupled to a low-pressure membrane filtration apparatus, with a wastewater recycling conduit coupled at one end to the low-pressure membrane filtration apparatus and coupled at a second end to the solids-oil-water separation apparatus, whereby progressive recycling of membrane concentrate from the low-pressure membrane filtration apparatus through the wastewater recycling conduit, into the solids-oil-water separation apparatus, provides recovery of as much as 97% of the water from a raw wastewater stream.

Abstract: A modular system for treating wastewater is designed having different phases. In an initial phase, plural tanks are provided, including at least one reactor and digester tank. In a subsequent phase, at least one of the tanks is converted into a different type of tank, and additional new tanks are provided to accommodate larger quantities of wastewater. In one embodiment, conversion of at least one of the tanks is accomplished by removing a temporary wall from a digester tank to create another reactor tank.

Abstract: A soil cement bank lining system is provided for substantially reducing or eliminating erosion along the banks of a waterway such as a flood conveyance facility. The system includes at least two soil cement linings arranged at spaced apart locations. One or more over-bank grade control structures are interposed between the first and second linings. The respective linings preferably extend parallel to the body of water, with one lining being disposed farther from the body of water and at a higher elevation than the other lining.
