    Abstract: An apparatus and system for refilling or servicing a device, such as an automobile coolant system, with pressurized contents are disclosed. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes an actuator pin adapted to control flow and is capable of operating with either a puncture top bottle or internal valve bottle containing pressurized contents are disclosed. The apparatus includes means to prevent flow and secure the pressurized contents once the puncture top bottle or internal valve bottle containing pressurized contents is actuated.
