Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for a multi-chambered container. In one example, a container comprising a first chamber is positioned between a liquid chamber and a second chamber, a first seal is positioned between the first chamber and the liquid chamber, and a second seal is positioned between the second chamber and the first chamber. By rotating a first external ring of the container that is positioned between the liquid chamber and the first chamber of the container a first liquid tight seal is opened to enable communication between the liquid chamber and the first chamber. The first external ring may be positioned at a first end of the liquid chamber that is opposite a second end of the liquid chamber that includes a drinking opening.
Abstract: Compounds, compositions, and methods of use of such compounds and compositions are provided for reducing human dependency to nicotine. In one example, a method of treating an individual with an addiction to nicotine comprises administering to the individual a compound that is a structural analog of trans-cinnamaldehyde. Based on the administration, a rate at which nicotine is metabolized may be reduced, which in turn may reduce a desire for the individual to consume nicotine-containing products.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for an alert system for reducing a risk of an adverse health event in a firefighter or first responder. In one example, the alert system may comprise a wearable sensor and an alerting device, where the alerting device may be operable to receive physiological and/or environmental data from the wearable sensor and where the alerting device may be further operable to issue an alert based on the received physiological and/or environmental data. In some examples, the alert may be a function of one or more personalized thresholds for evaluating a stress level of the firefighter or first responder. In some examples, the alert may be issued via multiple communication channels.
