The front wall has a front wall panel, and the back wall has a back wall panel interconnected with first and second side wall panels. A first inner shield flap is coupled to the front wall panel, a second inner shield flap is coupled to the back wall panel, and a first top flap is coupled to the first side wall panel. The first top flap defines a first handhold opening. A second top flap is coupled to the second side wall panel and defines a second handhold opening. The first and second handhold openings overlap to define a handhold when the second top flap is folded over the first top flap. The handhold is offset from free ends of the first and second inner shield flaps.

Abstract: A shipping mailer includes a main body having a first wall and a second wall that are folded together and sealed along sealed side edge portions of the main body. The shipping mailer has a closed first end portion and a second end portion having an opening sealable by a closure. The main body is made of a single-face corrugated material including a liner layer and a fluted layer. The main body includes a center fold line at the closed first end portion from which the first and second walls extend. The fluted layer includes a plurality of flutes extending parallel to the center fold line, and flutes of the first wall nest with flutes of the second wall. The fluted layer includes a plurality of preformed longitudinal fold lines formed in the flutes, and the preformed longitudinal fold lines are offset inwardly from the sealed side edge portions.

Abstract: A shipping mailer has a first wall and a second wall that at least partially define an interior of the shipping mailer. The shipping mailer has a closed first end portion and a second end portion, the second end portion comprising an opening sealable by a closure. A plurality of corrugations are coupled to the first wall and to the second wall in the interior of the shipping mailer. The corrugations of the first wall and the corrugations of the second wall have respective preformed fold lines at the closed first end portion about which the first wall and the second wall are configured to fold when an object is inserted into the shipping mailer to create an end wall extending between the first and second walls at the closed first end portion of the shipping mailer.

The container can include a base portion forming an enclosure and first and second overlap panels that collectively form a cover panel that can enclose the enclosure. Methods of constructing the container include forming the cover panel by securing the first and second overlap panels together.

The display container is desirably formed from a single piece corrugated paper board blank and is designed so that it can be assembled into a container knock down state in one pass through a box forming machine.

Abstract: A container can comprise a first compartment, a second compartment, and a lid flap. The container can be moved between a closed configuration and an open configuration. In the closed configuration, the first compartment and the second compartment are closed and the lid flap extends from the first compartment to the second compartment and restricts relative movement between the first compartment and the second compartment. In the open configuration, the first compartment can be separated from the second compartment and resealed with the lid flap.

Abstract: A post for supporting trays of a container comprises a plurality of panel sections including a first panel section. The panel sections form first and second corners positioned adjacent to one side surface of the first panel section and that end up at the interior of the post. The upper trays are desirably supported by the interior corners and also by portions of the panel sections that form the interior corners and by a portion of the first panel section to thereby enhance the support provided to the upper trays. Two of the posts can be positioned together in face to face relationship to form a center post for supporting upper trays. Selected panel sections desirably have upwardly extending locking tabs and cross member support receiving slots. Containers comprising plural trays and such posts are also described.

Abstract: A box structure comprises an inner display box and an outer box. Detachable connections are provided between adjacent outer box and inner box wall panels. In one form, attaching inner box handle opening overlays to outer box handle overlays at the respective end wall panels of the box structure, one or more outer box back wall overlays to the inner box back wall panel, and a display panel portion of an inner box front wall panel to an outer box front wall panel assist in maintaining the integrity of the box structure. Outer box corners can have tear lines and walls disconnected at one corner to reduce bending stresses on the inner box walls during manufacture and erection of the box structure, while also facilitating the removal of the outer box from the inner display box.
