Abstract: We have discovered an item of luggage having configurable labelled compartments with a corresponding chart for the labeled compartment. A user can track the status of items to packed into the item of luggage. Also disclosed is the item of luggage having at least one sensor that communicate with a mobile device application to electronically update a user's parent as to the status of the packing. Additionally, the item of luggage can provide real time location and content data to a user's parent in order to track the location of the item of luggage as well as the soil level of the contents contained therein.
