Abstract: A temperature control apparatus includes: a first pressure bonding unit which includes a first flow passage and a first pressure bonding surface which is to be brought into contact with an object; a temperature control fluid supply device which supplies a temperature control fluid in form of gas to the first flow passage in such a manner that the temperature control fluid is condensed on an inner wall surface of the first pressure bonding unit that partitions the first flow passage to adjust the first pressure bonding surface to a first heating temperature; and a pressure adjustment device which lowers an internal pressure of the first flow passage to promote vaporization of the temperature control fluid in form of liquid in the first flow passage in such a manner that the first pressure bonding surface is adjusted to a temperature lower than the first heating temperature.

Abstract: A gas filling method includes the steps of: intermittently transferring a bag to arrange the bag at a gas blowing processing position; inserting a blowing nozzle into a gas guide path of the bag in the gas blowing processing position; pinching the blowing nozzle arranged in the gas guide path from outside of the bag with a pair of pinching members in the gas blowing processing position; causing the blowing nozzle to eject the gas in such a manner that the gas is sent to the gas accommodation portion in the gas blowing processing position in a state where the blowing nozzle is pinched via the bag by the pair of pinching members; and closing the gas accommodation portion in an airtight manner in the gas blowing processing position in a state where the blowing nozzle is arranged in the gas guide path.

Abstract: A bag bundle conveyance apparatus which conveys a bag bundle including a plurality of bags, includes: a support body which supports the bag bundle from below; a holding unit which holds the bag bundle; and a transfer drive unit which moves the holding unit in a conveyance direction, wherein the transfer drive unit moves the holding unit in the conveyance direction in a state where the bag bundle is supported from below by the support body and is held by the holding unit, in such a manner that the bag bundle is conveyed in the conveyance direction.

Abstract: A vibration measurement device measures vibration of at least one of the first sealing member and the second sealing member. A determination device determines quality of the sealing process according to a measurement result of the vibration measurement device from before the first sealing member and the second sealing member reach the closed position to after the first sealing member and the second sealing member reach the closed position. The sealing drive unit causes relative movement between the first sealing member and the second sealing member from an open position at a moving speed determined according to a type of the bag, to place the first sealing member and the second sealing member in the closed position.
