    Abstract: A circular knitting machine structure comprises knitting needles and sinkers. Each knitting needle is controlled to move on a first half knitting track or a second half knitting track. A retracting time point of the first half knitting track is later than that of the second half knitting track. One side of the sinker facing the knitting needle is formed with an inclined plane. When the knitting needle is used for knitting, a surface yarn and a bottom yarn are fed therein. When the knitting needle moves on the first half knitting track, a standard plating is knitted without changing the position of the surface yarn. When the knitting needle moves on the second half knitting track, the surface yarn leans against the inclined plane of the sinker transitorily, the position of the surface yarn is changed relatively to the bottom yarn, and an interchanged plating is knitted.

A camera lens of the camera module does not rotate with the needle cylinder, and a shooting timing of the camera lens is controlled by photographing signals. The information processing unit receives image data generated by the camera module, and compares the images, when there is a difference between the two consecutive image data on a same vertical line, a knitting machine status is prompted. The encoder generates pulse signals when the needle cylinder rotates, the encoder outputs the pulse signals to the camera module or the information processing unit, and the receiver counts the pulse signals to generate the photographing signals.

The knock-over bit cam is controlled to define a displacement stroke for driving the plurality of knock-over bits to change the size of the gap.

The cam has a guide track to drive the sinkers swinging. The spacers are vertically run through by a bracing shaft at a lower side. The sinker thus structured is simpler and durable, hence can be produced and assembled, or repaired and replaced easier and faster. Thus manpower and material costs can be reduced, and product prices also are decreased to meet market requirements.
