Abstract: A method of manufacturing exercise weights from natural stone material that includes steps of cutting a natural stone, assembling a handlebar and a weight plate, and sliding a locking device or a collar onto the handlebar. The natural stone material may include granite, marble, quartzite, rocks, schist, engineered stone quartz, glass, or amalgams of concrete with glass or granite or marble. The handlebar is designed to hold one or more weight plates with a collar locking system.
