Abstract: A heat insulation sheet includes a fiber sheet having spaces therein and a silica xerogel held in the spaces of the fiber sheet. The heat insulation sheet includes a thick region and a low compressible region thinner than the thick region. A compressibility of the low compressible region is equal to smaller than 5% upon having a pressure of 0.7 MPa applied to the low compressible region. This heat insulation sheet is superior in electrical insulation properties and thermal insulation properties, and secures a predetermined distance even in a case that the heat insulation sheet receives pressures from the both sides thereof, thus providing equipment with reliability.

Abstract: An acquisition unit acquires at least one of first information and second information. A notification unit provides warning information to the driver, the warning information being generated based on at least one of the first information and the second information acquired and indicating a possibility of an increase in an insurance premium of an insurance applied to the driver. An reception unit receives acceptance of the provided warning information from the driver. A processor determines to transmit the acceptance by the driver of the possibility of an increase in the insurance premium to an insurance company server when the acceptance is received and determines to transmit at least one of the first information and the second information to the insurance company server when acceptance is not received.

Abstract: An imaging system includes a light source that, in operation, emits an emitted light containing a near-infrared light in a first wavelength region, an image sensor, and a double-band pass filter that transmits a visible light in at least a part of a wavelength region out of a visible region and the near-infrared light in the first wavelength region. The image sensor includes light detection cells, a first filter that selectively transmits the near-infrared light in the first wavelength region, second to fourth filters that selectively transmit lights in second to fourth wavelength regions, respectively, which are contained in the visible light, and an infrared absorption filter. The infrared absorption filter faces the second to fourth filters and absorbs the near-infrared light in the first wavelength region.

Abstract: A motor includes a stator including a stator core and teeth respectively protruding from the stator core, and coils respectively wound onto the teeth n (n is an integer of 1 or greater) turns including first to n-th turns. The coils are each made from a conductive member having a polygonal cross section. On a cross section obtained when one of the coils is cut in a corresponding one of directions of protrusion of the teeth from the stator core, the one of the coils includes a recess on at least either a first opposing surface representing an opposing surface to a corresponding one of the teeth or a second opposing surface representing an opposing surface to another one of the coils, which is wound onto adjacent one of the teeth. A space allowing refrigerant used for cooling the coils to pass through is provided between the recess and at least either the first opposing surface or the second opposing surface.

Abstract: An image projection device includes an image display element that forms a projection image, a transmissive optical system that is disposed on an emission surface side of the image display element and includes a diaphragm and a plurality of lenses, and a reflection optical system that includes a first mirror reflecting light emitted from the transmissive optical system and having positive power and a second mirror that is a plane mirror for reflecting light reflected by the first mirror on a projection surface. The first mirror is disposed between the second mirror and the projection surface in a direction along an optical axis of the transmissive optical system. An intermediate image is formed between the transmissive optical system and the first mirror.

Abstract: A video display apparatus functions as a master which is to be connected in loop to other video display apparatus(s) functioning as slave(s) in order to configure a multi-display apparatus. The master video display apparatus includes an extracting unit configured to extract first characteristic data from a received video signal, a controller configured to generate a common video setting value and control a light source of an own apparatus based on the generated common video setting value, an input unit configured to input second characteristic data from the upstream apparatus, and a output unit configured to output the first characteristic data or the common video setting value to the downstream apparatus. The controller outputs the extracted first characteristic data to the downstream apparatus, calculates the common video setting value based on the input second characteristic data, and outputs the calculated common video setting value to the downstream apparatus.
