Abstract: A method for manufacturing a stretchable circuit board includes preparing a laminate in which a metal layer and a first stretchable insulating layer are in contact with each other and a peel strength between the metal layer and the first stretchable insulating layer is 0.5 N/mm or more and 3.0 N/mm or less, a second stretchable insulating layer, and a fluid; forming a via leading from a first surface, in contact with the metal layer, of the first stretchable insulating layer to a second surface opposite to the first surface; filling the fluid in the via; laminating the second stretchable insulating layer on the second surface to seal the via; and patterning the metal layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the prioritization of devices taking part in a multi-user random access wireless communication. Based on some known conditions, devices that comply with the conditions are given preferential treatment during the random access period. The preferential treatment may refer to the eligible devices being allowed to access more resource units during the random access, or it may also mean faster access to the medium during the random access. By taking advantage of the methods described in the present disclosure, it is possible to assign higher priority to selected frame types and/or device categories in a multi-user random access wireless communication system.

Abstract: A laser processing apparatus sets a processing section passing through a target position on a processing surface, sets a measurement section centered on the target position in the processing section, sets a plurality of data acquisition positions that are trajectories perpendicular to a processing direction in the measurement section. The laser processing apparatus acquires pieces of measurement data indicating shapes of keyholes at the respective data acquisition positions during processing of the processing section, and projects the pieces of measurement data in the processing direction to be superimposed on each other to create projection data. The laser processing apparatus obtains the second instruction value in a direction perpendicular to the processing direction at the target position on the basis of the projection data. Therefore, it is possible to provide a laser processing apparatus and a laser processing method capable of accurately measuring a depth of a keyhole.

Abstract: Provided is a method for performing accurate object recognition in a stable manner in consideration of changes in a shooting environment. In such a method, a camera captures an image of a shooting location where an object is to be placed and an object included in an image of the shooting location is recognized utilizing a machine learning model for object recognition. The method further involves: determining necessity of an update operation on the machine learning model for object recognition at a predetermined time; when the update operation is necessary, causing the camera to capture an image of the shooting location where no object is placed to thereby re-acquire a background image for training; and causing the machine learning model to be trained using a composite image of a backgroundless object image and the re-acquired background image for training as training data.
Abstract: A conversion method for converting luminance of a video, including a luminance value in a first luminance range, to be displayed on a display apparatus includes: acquiring a first luminance signal indicating a code value obtained by quantization of the luminance value of the video; and converting the code value indicated by the acquired first luminance signal into a second luminance value determined based on a luminance range of the display apparatus, the second luminance value being compatible with a second luminance range with a maximum value smaller than a maximum value of the first luminance range and larger than 100 nit.
