    Abstract: A package component for protectively supporting and displaying implements such as frying pans having a generally continuous periphery comprises a tray-like base having an upper surface provided with a plurality of spaced, parallel ribs, each defining an implement or pan receiving pocket which merges into a generally horizontally extending land having an underside formed with an implement or pan receiving surface generally complementary to the shape of each of the implement or pan receiving pockets.
