Abstract: Outdoor fabric based on spun acrylic fibres in which the said fabric is associated with at least one polymer selected from a group comprising melamine resins, fluoropolymers and mixtures thereof, and anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles. A process for improving the resistance of an outdoor fabric to atmospheric agents and pollutants comprising the steps of associating an outdoor fabric based on spun acrylic fibres with at least one polymer selected from the group comprising melamine resins, fluoropolymers and mixtures thereof, and with anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles.
