Abstract: This application discloses exercise weights compatible with different types of handles and are removeable from handles for exchange. The exercise weights have connecting mechanisms to connect with corresponding connecting mechanism on handles to form exercise apparatuses. The exercise weights can connect with each other as well as the handles to increase weight load on the handles. Upon attaching to handles, exercise weights as disclosed herein are optionally hidden inside the handles, such that the exercise apparatuses overall have the appearance of common exercise apparatuses and are convenient for storage.
