Value is added to intellectual property by including information pertaining to written description and/or enablement including embodiments, genera, processes, and/or examples. The business method includes strategies for creating and/or adding value to intellectual property by including such information, and includes strategies for using the intellectual property. A computer program and computer-based method of creating data objects that can be used as information pertaining to written description and enablement are disclosed.
