Abstract: A pivotally manipulable toy is disclosed which includes a plurality of sections pivotally coupled in series, with a plurality of counting apertures being located in a plurality of the sections. The pivotally manipulable toy can be manipulated to form a plurality of shapes including letters and numbers. The pivotally manipulable toy may be used in a manner that is both educational and enjoyable for children. Further, a manual which correlates each of the shapes with the number of unobstructed counting apertures that are visible when each shape is formed correctly may be provided together with the pivotally manipulable toy.
Abstract: A height recording album for measuring growth and development of a subject is provided. The height recording album includes a cover, a plurality of interconnected journal pages and a mounting mechanism to secure the album to an interior door. The album includes measuring indicia for accurately aligning the top edge of the door with the corresponding correct height of the door before securing the album in place. Each journal page includes at least one transparent pocket configured to receive an insert card providing pre-printed calibrated measuring indicia and space for marking the subject's height and documenting information about the subject. The journal pages of the height recording album are fan folded and secured in the cover when the album is stored.
