Abstract: A management method for transactions done by at least one automatic distribution machine (12_1, 12_2), includes the following steps: detecting a malfunction during a transaction of a first automatic distribution machine (12_1, 12_2) with a user of the first automatic distribution machine (12_1, 12_2), the malfunction creating a harm for the user, generating an identifier, at least part of the identifier being specific to the detected malfunction and the identifier (28) being intended to be introduced into a second automatic distribution machine (12_1, 12_2), the introduction making it possible for the second automatic distribution machine (12_1, 12_2) to take an action to compensate the harm suffered by the user, and creating a ticket including the identifier.

Abstract: An automated ticket vending system comprises multiple individual ticket vending machines in a shared physical location, a control system, and a communications facility for supporting communications between the individual ticket vending machines and the control system. Each ticket vending machine is configured to acquire data relating to the current level of usage of that ticket vending machine, and to transmit the acquired usage data to the control system. The control system is configured to receive and analyse the usage data from the multiple ticket vending machines, and responsive to such analysis of the usage data, transmit control instructions to the multiple individual ticket vending machines specifying appropriate actions to address the current level of usage of the multiple individual ticket vending machines within the automated ticket vending system as a whole. Each ticket vending machine is configured to perform the actions specified in the control instructions received from the control system.

Abstract: A method for managing parking passes via a system for managing parking passes, including at least one device for dispensing a parking pass, and a server for centralizing the parking passes, the centralization server being connected to the or each dispensing device via a data link, the method including the following steps: inputting (100) an identification code into the dispensing device (12) by a user; issuing (150) a parking pass to the user via the dispensing device; and recording (160) the parking pass in a file stored in a memory of the centralization server. The hotline device and the payment device each include a radioelectric transmitter-receiver, whereby the hotline device and the payment device are connected via a radioelectric connection, in the absence of a wired data transfer connection between the hotline device and the payment device, and in that the hotline device includes simulation means for simulating, based on the operational data received, the behavior of the payment device.

Abstract: The invention relates to a machine (M) for dispensing products and/or services which are paid for with banknotes. The invention is of the type that comprises a banknote reader (L) which is positioned behind a horizontal insertion slot (F1) and which is used to process banknotes inserted by a user. The aforementioned reader is equipped with an essentially-horizontal inlet slot (F2) serving as an inlet for banknotes. According to the invention, the insertion slot (F1) is disposed at a lower level in relation to the inlet slot (F2) along a vertical reference axis (V). In addition, the machine comprises a guiding interface device (1, 2) which is disposed between the insertion slot (F1) and the inlet slot (F2) such as to guide an inserted banknote from the insertion slot (F1) to the inlet slot (F2).

The inventive receptacle has actuating elements (6, 7) for closing shutter (5) and the housing (1) has guiding members (9) interacting with the actuating elements (6,7) in such a way that the movement of the movable shutter is linked to the movement of the access trap (2).
