  • Patent number: 6763848
Abstract: The invention relates to a block of pneumatic modules consisting of a plurality of adjacent distribution modules, juxtaposed and kept tightened against each other along parallel faces and between two end modules by assembly means passing through all the distribution modules and at least one of the end modules. The assembly means comprise, for each distribution module, a single through rod with a first externally threaded end and a second internally threaded end, the second end of each rod being shaped as a head whose external surface is not of revolution about the axis of the rod and which, in service, at least partially projects from a face of the module through which the rod passes, the face of the adjacent module turned towards the head having a recess corresponding in shape to the above mentioned head.

  • Patent number: 6527248
Abstract: A solenoid valve comprising a body in which there is fixed an electromagnet having a plunger core carrying at least one valve member and movable between first and second positions corresponding respectively to an excited state and to a rest state of the electromagnet, and a manual control pushbutton mounted on the body transversely to the plunger core firstly to slide between an active position in which a cam-forming end of the pushbutton co-operates with the plunger core to bring it into its first position and an inactive position into which the pushbutton is returned resiliently and its cam-forming end is disengaged from the plunger core, and secondly, while in the active position, to pivot between a locked position in which the pushbutton co-operates with an abutment element secured to the body which opposes resilient return, and an unlocked position in which the pushbutton escapes from the abutment element, the abutment element including means enabling it to be releasably fixed to the body.

  • Patent number: 6408868
Abstract: An interface module for an island of electropneumatic control valves on bases, the module comprising a body having at least one face for connection to a base of the island and, away from said base, means for coupling to at least a first external duct, said body having at least one internal main channel, a secondary channel, and a branch internal channel for connecting the main channel to the secondary channel, which branch channel is provided with a two-position selector which, depending on its position, provides continuity for the connection or interrupts it. The selector also has has connection means for connecting the secondary channel to a second external duct, which means are accessible from outside the module when the selector is in its interruption position and are masked when the selector is in its continuity position.

  • Patent number: 5956987
Abstract: A flaring machine comprises a forming die (14) mounted on a support, two jaws (6) forming a clamping tool for holding one end of pipe (4) to be flared, driving means (17, 18) permitting an orbital motion of the forming die, driving means (25) permitting the forming die to move towards pipe end (4) and means permitting the forming die to move away from pipe end (4). Jaws (6) are disposed in a stationary jaw holder forming a first block (1). A second stationary block (2) faces the first block. A mobile block (3) comprising forming die (14), its support and its driving means (17) is provided with guiding means (12) connecting the two stationary blocks. Mobile block (3) is driven in translational motion by a hydraulic cylinder disposed in the second stationary block (2).

  • Patent number: 5806166
Abstract: A connecting device comprises a connecting part (2) surrounding and fixed to the end of a tube (1). Connecting part (2) includes a ring-shaped hollow (5) at its downstream end. A flange (8) on the downstream end of the tube is located in hollow (5) and retains the connecting part (2). A ring-shaped groove (9) is also arranged at the downstream end of tube (1). Groove 9 is intended to receive a leakproof gasket (10). Assembly of the connecting part (2) onto the end of the tube (1) is carried out by means of a rivet snap tool (12). The tool (12) includes a support (13), a truncated central protrusion (14), and a rib (15).

  • Patent number: 5615598
Abstract: A jack consists of a body of the jack (2) sliding on a fixed piston (9) mounted on a support (6) by means of a piston rod (4), and at least one element for guiding the body on the support. The body of the jack is an extruded section (2) containing at least one longitudinal bore (3) used as the piston chamber for the jack, and equipped with at least two guide rods (5) mounted on the section (2) in the longitudinal direction. Bearings (15) adapted to the shape of the guide rods (5) are mourned on the fixed support (6). At least one of the bearings is adjustable. Advantageously, the extruded section (2) is equipped with two hydraulic shock absorbers intended to contact limit stops (21). Limit stops (21) have adjustable positions, and can be retracted and fixed on an L-shaped groove (20) of the fixed support (6).
