The pivot arm having an elongated first arm, an elongated second arm and a second pivot adapted to allow a second rotation (R2) of the second arm in relation to the first arm. The pivoting mechanism is adapted to act on an outer part of the pivot arm, which outer part is located at a greater distance from the first pivot than the second pivot.

The motor further comprises an elongated motor shaft (14) comprising a first end part (30) and a second end part (32) fixedly joined to the rotor so that the first end part, the second end part and the rotor rotate with said same speed, and a cover (36) enclosing the stator and the rotor. The cover comprises a first opening (38) through which the first end part of the shaft extends in a first direction and a second opening (40) through which the second end part of the motor shaft extends in a second direction. The second direction is opposite to the first direction.

Each elastic member comprises an elastic element having a first spring constant and a flexible envelope that encloses the elastic element. The connections located between the upper and lower ends of the elastic members forming an upper part with an upper length extending between the upper ends of the elastic members and the connections, and a lower part extending between the connections and the lower ends of the elastic members. The upper length is mainly unaffected by the displacement of the plate member and the lower length is adjustable by means of the displacement of the plate member.
