Abstract: A computer-implemented loan origination system has a processor that generates a plurality of first level objects, generates a plurality of second level objects, generates an object linkage between the plurality of first level objects, and automatically propagates an update of one of a second subset of the plurality of second level objects to a first subset of the plurality of second level objects. The plurality of first level objects includes a sales object and an operations object. Furthermore, the first subset of the plurality of second level objects corresponds to, and is accessible by, the sales object; whereas the second subset of the plurality of second level objects corresponds to, and us accessible by, the operations object. The object linkage provides each of the plurality of first level objects shared access to each of the plurality of second level objects.

The object specific workflow data structure has a plurality of workflow rules corresponding to advancement through each of the plurality of object-specific workflows in a workflow guidance interface that provides a graphical representation of a loan origination workflow. The computer-implemented loan origination system has a processor that generates the workflow guidance interface, which simultaneously operates in conjunction with the computer-implemented loan origination system. The processor also generates a plurality of data objects, which include a lead object, a contact object, an opportunity object, and a loan object. The processor generates the plurality of object-specific workflows corresponding to each of the plurality of data objects.

Abstract: An integrated loan origination system and customer relationship management computer-implement platform has a memory device that stores an integrated loan origination system and customer relationship management data structure. Further, a receiver receives, from a lender computer-implemented platform, a lead for loan origination. Additionally, a processor invokes, without an application programming interface, a customer relationship management engine and a loan origination engine. The customer relationship management engine determines that generating a new lead object for the lead would impose a redundancy, merges the lead data into an existing lead object in the integrated loan origination system and customer relationship management data structure without generating a new lead object, and generates an alert based on the redundancy.
