Abstract: A frame assembly for at least partially enclosing a raised floor structure includes a bottom frame member positioned adjacent an associated raised floor structure. A pair of spaced apart side frame members are connected to and extend upwardly from the bottom frame member. A top frame member is spaced from the bottom frame member and connected to the pair of side frame members. At least one picket extends between and is connected to the top and bottom frame members. The at least one picket is oriented approximately parallel to the side frame members. A screen is selectively mounted to at least one of the top and bottom frame members and the side frame members. The screen is located adjacent the at least one picket.

Abstract: A corner bracket assembly for use in an associated movable frame assembly is provided. The corner bracket assembly includes a first housing piece having upstanding coupling pins. A second housing piece has receiving pockets for connecting engagement with the coupling pins and defining a cavity therebetween. A roller assembly is received within the cavity. The roller assembly includes a roller housing, a threaded engaging portion defined in the roller housing, and a roller rotatably mounted within the roller housing. A threaded fastener is rotatably mounted between the first and second housing pieces and is in threaded engagement with the roller assembly. A track is defined between the first and second housing pieces and the roller assembly for linearly adjusting a position of the roller assembly in relation to the first and second housing pieces.

Abstract: A corner bracket assembly for use in an associated frame assembly is provided. The corner bracket assembly comprises a body, a first leg and second leg. The first leg extends from the body and is adapted to be connected to a first frame member of the associated frame assembly. The second leg extends from the body in a direction approximately normal to the first leg and is adapted to be connected to a second frame member of the associate frame assembly. The corner bracket assembly further comprises a roller element rotatably mounted within one of at least two axially spaced positions in at least one of the body, the first leg, and the second leg. The roller element protrudes outward a selected distance relative to at least one of the body, the first leg, and the second leg.

Abstract: A corner bracket used with a window or sliding glass door assembly to form a corner joint connecting frame members together which hold the glass and weather insulation in place. The corner bracket includes a body which has a front side and a back side connected by a connecting wall. The corner body includes a first end and a second end, where the second end is oriented approximately normal to the first end. The first and second ends include a pair of channels, a pair of L-shaped members spaced from the channels, and a finger extending from the connecting wall. The corner can also include a groove portion which engages a securing wall for the window. The corner can also include a protrusion which engages a weather insulation strip. The channels are detachably received by slots in a frame member. The L-shaped members and the finger are detachably received by openings in the frame member.

Abstract: A structural member for a building includes a one-piece elongated support member having a pair of legs defining a trough therebetween and a projection extending into the trough from each of the legs. A one-piece elongated electrical raceway can be secured in the support member. The raceway includes a tubular housing having a pair of opposed side walls and open a pair of opposed end walls to define a channel extending between opposed ends of the housing such that an associated electrical conductor can extend through the housing. A first wing projects away from a first side wall of the tubular housing, and a second wing projects away from a second side wall of the tubular housing. The first and second wings flex to snap into a cooperating relationship with the projections of the support member to selectively secure the tubular housing in the support member trough.

Abstract: Apparatus for adjustably attaching roof panels to the sidewalls of an enclosure and for securing the pitch of the roof panel with respect to the sidewalls after it has been established is disclosed. The apparatus includes a header support member which is placed on top of the sidewall and has a longitudinally extending pocket therein. A header arm having a longitudinally extending yoke at one end thereof is received in the longitudinally extending pocket in the header support member. After the roof pitch has been established by rotating the yoke portion of the header arm within the pocket in the header support member, the header arm is fastened to the header support member to secure the roof pitch. The header support member and the header arm each have a pocket formed therein which is filled with insulating material providing a thermal break within each of these components.

Abstract: Apparatus for adjustably attaching roof panels to the side walls of an enclosure and for securing the pitch of the roof panel with respect to the side walls after it has been established is disclosed. The apparatus includes a header support member which is placed on top of the side wall and has a longitudinally extending pocket therein. A header arm having a longitudinally extending yoke at one end thereof is received in the longitudinally extending pocket in the header support member. After the roof pitch has been established by rotating the yoke portion of the header arm within the pocket in the header support member, the header arm is fastened to the header support member to secure the roof pitch.
