The composite element comprises a first skin plate and second skin plate, which are manufactured as separate pieces and are assembled in a separate phase. At least the first skin plate comprises several protrusions on an outer surface of the plate. The protrusions serve as local stiffeners and are further stiffened by means of one or more additional composite structures arranged inside the protrusions.

Abstract: A curved element, a wing, a control surface and a stabilizer for an aircraft. The curved element (7) is of a composite material and comprises surfaces (14, 21) provided with a plurality of profile reinforcements (20, 25). The profile reinforcements constitute an integrated part of the structure of the surfaces and have a directed strength effect. The profile reinforcements may be arranged in a manner constituting a latticed support structure.

Abstract: A rib element for aircraft and a composite flange for use in aircraft. The rib element (24) and the composite flange (14), manufactured from a composite material, comprise at least two elongated flanges (15, 16, 26) interconnected with one another in a corner (17) provided with a rounded inner corner (18) and a rounded outer corner (19). The corner is reinforced by at least one reinforcing component (20) which covers at least a part of the inner corner.

Abstract: The invention relates to an aircraft wing, a fastening arrangement, and an intermediate support. A support structure of a wing (1) comprises transverse wing ribs (7a, 7b), between which an intermediate support (10) is arranged for providing a fastening point for a motor (9). The intermediate support comprises a vertical first side part (15a) and a vertical second side part (15b) which are at a distance from one another and connected to one another at their lower part by means of a horizontal bottom part (16) at least at a fastening lug (11). The lug is supported on the bottom part of the intermediate support.

Abstract: A pivoting panel for an aircraft and to a composite support piece for this kind panel. The support piece (17) is arranged as a part of the frame structure of the panel (3). The support piece has an extension portion (23) to which an actuator connection fitting (7) of an actuator (4) can be fastened. The extension portion (23) distributes the forces to the structures of the panel (3).
