Abstract: An articulated arm for an awning has an articulation part and an arm profile which are inserted one into the other. Furthermore, pull-off protection is present. The articulation part and the arm profile are inserted one into the other with a press fit, and the pull-off protection is designed as a claw present between the articulation part and arm profile.

Abstract: An arm bearing for an articulated-arm awning having a pillow block hinged on a bracket. The pillow block is provided on one end with at least one bearing eye for receiving one awning arm in rotary fashion. A threaded rod limits the tilting angle between the bracket and the pillow block. A first end of the threaded rod being adjustably screwed into a locating opening in the bracket and a second end of the threaded rod being provided with a head that rests against a stop on the pillow block in a maximally tilted angular position. The arm bearing includes a locking member with which the threaded rod can be fixed on the stop. The locking member includes a locking slide that can be coupled with the awning arm via a connection element to induce rotary movement of the awning arm to disengage the locking slide.
Abstract: An awning including a canvas shaft, a canvas wounded onto the canvas shaft, and a sleeve enclosing the canvas shaft. A stationary support means carries the sleeve. An arrangement for adjusting an inclination of the sleeve by rotation contains one lateral sleeve carrier which is connected to a respective lateral holder and which can be rotated relative to the holder about the awning-canvas-shaft axis. An actuating element, which can be moved serves for adjusting the inclination of the sleeve.
Abstract: An articulated arm for an awning such as for a patio or deck including at least first and second arm parts joined by an articulation. Longitudinal axes of the arm parts are orthogonal to the articulation axis. The articulated arm also includes at least two springs arranged adjacent each other and first ends of the springs are fixed to the first arm part. At least two traction elements are also and are individually connected to second ends of the springs. The traction elements are led via the articulation to the second arm part and are fixed thereto. The traction elements are wire cables which include a plastic coat in at least a region adjacent the articulation.
