Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for measuring tap pressure on mobile devices to automate actions. A computing device, such as a mobile smart phone, may include a touch screen interface that may accept touch inputs. A touch input may include a presence and location of the touch input on the touch screen interface. Additionally, the computing device may detect a pressure or force applied to the touch screen interface with the touch input. The computing device may include a payment application, where the touch input may be received during use of the payment application. The pressure of the touch input may further define the input for the payment application. For example, a touch input with a first pressure may cause a first process to be initiated, while a second pressure may cause a second process to be initiated.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, devices, and the like for processing a transaction. In one embodiment, a system is introduced that enables a communication between applications. The communication occurs through the use of one or more gestures that enable the request for information, funds, items for purchase and the like. In another embodiment, a system if introduced that enables a unified multi-marketplace communication. The communication includes the use of gestures for the transfer of information, funds, items for purchase, discounts, etc., using a unifying entity. The unifying entity can be a financial institution, payment provider, or the like that may be used to carry a transaction between applications allowing for a single checkout.

Abstract: A computer system detects the reception of a first token associated with a first transaction. The computer system determines that a first Payments Reward Identifier (PRI) is associated with the first token by accessing a PRI database. In response to determining that the first PRI is associated with the first token, the computer system accesses the PRI database and determines that the first PRI is associated with a record within the PRI database that corresponds to a first rewards ID (RID). In response to determining that the first PRI is associated with a record within the PRI database that corresponds to the first rewards, the computer system determines a first rewards amount corresponding to the first transaction, and updates a total rewards amount, in a rewards database, corresponding to the determined first RID based on the first rewards amount.

Abstract: Online fraud prevention including receiving a rules set to detect fraud, mapping the rules set to a data set, mapping success data to members of the rules set, filtering the members of the rules set, and ordering members of the data set by giving priority to those members of the data set with a greater probability for being fraudulent based upon the success data of each member of the rule set in detecting fraud. Further, a receiver coupled to an application server to receive a rules set to detect fraud, and a server coupled to the application server, to map the rules set to a data set, and to map the success data to each members of the rules set. The server is used to order the various members of the data set by giving priority to those members of the data set with a greatest probability for being fraudulent.

Abstract: Methods and systems for detecting webpages that share malicious content are presented. A first set of webpages that hosts a web account checker is identified. A baseline page structure score and a baseline language score are calculated based on the identified first set of webpages. Content from a second set of webpages is collected and analyzed based on the calculated baseline page structure and the calculated baseline language scores. One or more of the second set of webpages is flagged as malicious based on the analyzing of the content collected from the second set of webpages.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating financial transactions over a network include a merchant device, a client device and a payment processing device. The merchant device is adapted to allow a merchant to provide items for purchase via the network. The client device is adapted to allow a user to access the merchant device via the network and view the items for purchase. The client device is adapted to provide a payment mechanism to the user. The user generates a purchase request for an item by selecting the one item, dragging the item to the payment mechanism, and dropping the item over the payment mechanism. The payment processing device is adapted to receive the purchase request from the client device via the network and authorize the user to purchase the item from the merchant based on information passed with the purchase request.

Abstract: A system and/or method is provided to implement authentication for a user device, without having to enter authentication credentials. Based on the presence of at least two paired short-range communication devices near the user device. In an example, a user's Bluetooth device, such as a smart phone, may be registered to be used for automatic authentication for an online user account. When the user is attempting to log onto the online user account at a user device, such as a laptop, the user device may detect that the user's Bluetooth device is in proximity to the user device and is paired to the user device and thus allow the user to be logged into the online user account at the user device automatically. Thus, the user may be logged into the online user account seamlessly without requiring the user to input credentials, such as user name and/or password.

Abstract: Systems and methods for integrating, into a first software program binary, segments of a second software program are disclosed. The integration causes the execution of segments of the second software program as the first software program binary is executed. In one embodiment, a second software program, such as an embeddable software application, is received and divided into a plurality of segments, each segment corresponding to a portion of the embeddable software application. Instrumentation points corresponding to the segments of the embeddable software application are inserted into a plurality of locations within a software binary to create a modified software binary. The modified software binary thus includes the selected software binary and the embeddable software program.

Abstract: A method for using multi-level bots is discussed. The method includes accessing, via an integration bot, a chat text, provided by a chat application instance, that indicates a user query. The method includes accessing a user state associated with a user of the chat application instance, the user state indicating previous chat texts associated with the chat application instance and corresponding knowledge queries. The method includes generating, based on the user state and analysis of the chat text, a knowledge query for data access using one or more domain bots. The method includes determining, based on the knowledge query, a domain bot and associated communication protocol. The method includes communicating the knowledge query using the communication protocol to the domain bot to obtain a reply. The method includes communicating a response text to the chat application instance, the response text generated based on the reply and the user state.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for application data displayed through a selectable application icon. A computing device, such as a mobile smart phone, may include one or more processing application, such as a payment application to utilize an online payment provider. The application may include a desktop or folder icon, or other visual icon that may be presented within an interface of the device's operating system. Additionally, the application may include application data normally presented to the user of the device during operation of the application. The application or the device's operating system may select an informational element of the application information to present to the user. The informational element may then be presented on the application icon while the application is unopened or executing in the background of the operating system. Multiple informational elements may be cycled through on the application icon.

The unidirectional workflow includes at least a first node and a second node, where the first node is executed before the second node. A timeout setting of the first node is retrieved. An actual execution time of the first node is determined. A difference between the retrieved timeout setting and the actual execution time of the first node is calculated. A timeout setting of the second node is retrieved. The timeout setting of the second node is modified by adding, to the retrieved timeout setting of the second node, the calculated difference between the retrieved timeout setting and the execution time of the first node.

Abstract: A method is provided that includes accessing, by a server provider server of a service provider, a database storing associations between network addresses and locations. Additionally, the method includes determining a subset of the database corresponding to a first network address, each association included in the subset corresponding to an association between the first network address and a respective location. The method also includes in response to determining that the subset of the database satisfies one or more clustering criteria, calculating a representative location corresponding to the first network address, and storing an association between the first network address and the representative location in a second database.

Abstract: Various systems, mediums, and methods herein describe mechanisms that enable client devices to transfer data between various sources and/or requesters. A smartphone system may receive one or more touch inputs from a graphical user interface. The smartphone system may determine a quantity requested and an identifier of the one or more requesters of the quantity. The smartphone system may determine one or more sources able to provide the requested quantity based on the identifier, where each source may be able to provide at least a portion of the quantity requested. The smartphone system may generate an indication of the one or more sources to display the indication on the graphical user interface.

Abstract: Embedding of digital incentive tokens within a digital image can occur cryptographically using a public key in some embodiments. An encrypted digital incentive token may be embedded within a digital image, including a variety of encrypted information. The digital image with the embedded digital incentive token may be sent to users via delivery mechanisms such as direct webpage embedding, email, text message, and social media sharing. An image recipient may be able to view the image and also take additional action including gaining access to the embedded digital incentive token. Digital incentive tokens can be embedded by altering image metadata so that the image itself is not changed in some embodiments, but data associated with the image is changed to identify the token. Pixel data can be altered to reflect a token for an image. Digital incentive tokens can also be tracked through different platforms to determine usage.

Abstract: Cleartext passwords represent a security risk. An unencrypted password can be exploited to gain access to a system and/or perform unauthorized functions. This disclosure describes how to detect cleartext passwords in a generalized manner using predictive text classifiers (e.g. Word2Vec). Using a corpus of text, an artificial intelligence model can be built by training a predictive text classifier to identify password anomalies (e.g., areas of text that occur with low statistical probability). Source program code, configuration files, log files, and other types of text can be automatically scanned for cleartext passwords without having to rely on password lists or other limited and/or labor intensive mechanisms, thus improving system security and reducing the chances of data exfiltration and unauthorized actions.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing privacy protection in the use of data capturing device are provided. A set of data capturing components of a mobile communications device is enabled to capture media data. A trigger event is detected. In response to detecting the trigger event, connectivity of the mobile communications device is restricted to limit at least one of the set of data capturing components.

Abstract: A method and system provide on demand self checkout for users purchasing products from a store, according to an embodiment. When a user believes that lines at a conventional clerk operated checkout counter are too long or when the user merely wants to do a self checkout, the user can go to a designated area in the store. The user can open an app installed on the user's mobile device and can perform a self checkout by scanning the products with the mobile device.

Abstract: A computer system determines a financial health rating for a user based on financial information associated with the user. The computer system detects receipt of digital content that includes an advertisement. Responsive to the detecting receipt of digital content, the computer system compares the content of the advertisement to the determined financial health rating of the user to determine whether the advertisement is appropriate for the user. Responsive to determining that the advertisement is not appropriate for the user, the computer system disallows display of the digital content.
