Abstract: A method of associating an electronic message social profile with electronic messages. The method comprises identifying a plurality of users having a social affinity to one another, tagging each of a plurality of electronic messages received at a plurality of messaging accounts of the plurality of users with at least one user behavior tag indicative of a behavioral messaging action performed by one of the plurality of users, identifying a cluster of electronic messages having a common content from the plurality of electronic messages according to a similarity analysis, calculating, using a processor, an electronic message social profile for members of the cluster based on a combination of respective the at least one user behavior tag of the members of the cluster, and associating the electronic message social profile with the members of the cluster.

Abstract: A system for alerting e-mail activity status. The system has at least one e-mail server for integrating N e-mail accounts, at least one second server communicating with the e-mail server adapted to monitor at the e-mail server; at least one computer readable medium (CRM) adapted to receiving an e-mail alert wherein the second server identifies activity status in the e-mail server according to a set of predetermined parameters. The second server alerts the CRM on the activity status. The parameters may consist of entries to e-mail accounts type of actions performed in an e-mail account and other activities and events. The invention further comprises methods of applying the aforementioned system.

Abstract: The presently disclosed subject matter includes a system, a method and a program storage device which enable to add selectivity to content sharing between users of communication networks. When a sender indicates a desire to share content, information with respect to the suggested content item (i.e. the content item intended to be shared) and information with respect to the sharing profile of one or more respective target recipients is analyzed. A recommendation is provided as whether or not it is suggested to the sender to perform an action. For example, the recommendation can be indicative as to whether or not it is recommended to share a given content item with a given recipient.

Abstract: A method of managing a multi participant messaging session among session participants. The method comprises detecting electronic mails and instant messaging (IM) messages exchanged among session participants participating during a multi participant messaging session, accessing a repository that manages for each of the session participants a user preference profile defining a preferred messaging protocol selected from an email protocol and an IM protocol, identifying, using the repository, first and second groups of the session participants, each member of the first group has an email protocol as the preferred messaging protocol and each member of the second group has an IM protocol as the preferred messaging protocol, formatting the electronic mails such that email content thereof is sent according to the email protocol to each member of the first group, and forwarding the email content for distribution according to the IM protocol for each member of the second group.

Abstract: The presently disclosed subject matter includes a system and method for managing interactions between two or more users. In response to a request of a caller to establish an interaction with one or more recipients, the preferences of the caller and the recipients are considered in a process which determines which interaction application is recommended to be used in the requested interaction. A user can be associated with a respective user profile which includes information with respect to the user's communication preferences. The recommendation is generated based on preferences of the users participating in the interaction. In case a conflict is identified between the preferences of different users which are about to participate in the interaction, an arbitration process is executed in which the conflict is resolved.
