Abstract: A method of associating an electronic message social profile with electronic messages. The method comprises identifying a plurality of users having a social affinity to one another, tagging each of a plurality of electronic messages received at a plurality of messaging accounts of the plurality of users with at least one user behavior tag indicative of a behavioral messaging action performed by one of the plurality of users, identifying a cluster of electronic messages having a common content from the plurality of electronic messages according to a similarity analysis, calculating, using a processor, an electronic message social profile for members of the cluster based on a combination of respective the at least one user behavior tag of the members of the cluster, and associating the electronic message social profile with the members of the cluster.

Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable storage media for modifying presence and electronic messages are described; the system includes a sending terminal, at least one modification parameters database, which contains a plurality of modification parameters, at least one message modification agent and a recipient moiety, including a message user agent, in which the modification parameters in the database are updated dynamically; the method includes sending a message, obtaining at least one modification parameter, from a database which contains a plurality of modification parameters, applying to the message at least one modification parameter by a message modification agent and delivering a modified message to the recipient.

The method of performing controlled pre-interaction further includes: generating a reverse list, wherein an interaction address of a participant is associated at least with the manageable public interaction address, and performing at least one pre-interaction act. A pre-interaction act includes: accessing the reverse list, identifying the interaction address of the participant in the reverse list, and determining that the manageable public interaction address is associated, at the reverse list, with the interaction address of the participant.

The method includes composing a message, specifying at least one parameter for subsequent publishing, compiling a notification list of in a given survey, selectively notifying the message to the participants in the notification list, viewing the message notified to the participants in notification list and interacting with the message. The method further includes collecting feedback information regarding the interacting with the message and transmitting this information to the surveying server.
