Abstract: A shear-load chuck which is mounted between two members and has a multi-layer structure for transmitting dynamic loads. The multi-layer shear-load chuck is mounted on one surface of a junction like in the traditional bushing of a shear load chuck. A support basket is arranged correspondingly on both sides of the junction and has an end plate as well as at least one strap-like loop. The end plate forms together with the at least one strap-like loop a closed load system. The support basket is attached to the shear-load chuck on one surface of the junction, while it is attached to the bushing on the other surface of the junction. It is further possible to change the cross-sectional shape of the multi-layer shear-load chuck as well as the structural shape of the strap-like loop.
Abstract: A transverse force rod having at least one bearing cage disposed on both sides of a joint. Each bearing cage has a front plate and a trapezoidally shaped steel strip which is welded to the front plate. The transverse force rod is fixedly supported in one bearing cage, and a transverse force rod bearing sleeve is fixedly supported in the front plate of another bearing cage. The transverse force rod or the transverse force rod bearing sleeve penetrates the front plate and the steel strip of the one bearing cage or the other bearing cage.
Abstract: A method for producing a transverse force bolt having a sheath made of a rod-shaped pipe of stainless steel which is drawn onto a rod-shaped core of conventional structural steel. In the process the exterior dimension is simultaneously calibrated. The rod-shaped semi-finished product is subsequently cut into rods, such as with a saw. With a hydraulic press the core is pushed out of the rod by a length and the ejected portion is cut off. Subsequently the core is pushed back by one-half the length of the cut-off portion and the open ends of the sheath are closed. The method produces a transverse force bolt of particularly great strength, which is very precise and has an extremely low cost.
