Abstract: The invention provides a semiconductor device and a method of manufacturing the same. The inventive method includes: 1) forming a pad oxide layer on a substrate; 2) forming on the pad oxide layer a barrier layer with an isolation region pattern exposing the surface of the pad oxide layer; 3) injecting ions so that the ions enter the substrate through the surface of the pad oxide layer exposed by the isolation region pattern; 4) performing heat treatment the substrate to transversely diffuse the ions in the substrate to form an ion injection layer; 5) etching the pad oxide layer and the ion injection layer using the barrier layer with the isolation region pattern as a mask to form a shallow trench isolation region on the substrate; and 6) forming a field oxide layer in the shallow trench isolation region of the substrate.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for detecting a traffic monitoring video. The method comprises: determining a background reference model; determining a target area image in the traffic monitoring video according to the background reference model; updating the background reference model by using the target area image; summating all target points in detection area of each frame of image in the traffic monitoring video according to the updated background reference model to obtain a total area of all the target points; segmenting the frame with the biggest total area to obtain a target area at the best position; and extracting vehicle information from the target area at the best position. By using the present invention, the accuracy of a detection result in a complex environment may be improved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for detecting traffic video information. The method includes: acquiring a traffic video stream; determining color features of each frame of image in the traffic video stream; calculating the inter-frame distance between adjacent frames according to the color features; calculating the boundary of an image clustered frames' group according to the inter-frame distance by adopting an image clustering evaluation standard in RGB space and an image clustering evaluation standard in YUV space respectively; and determining a final boundary of the image clustered frames' group according to the boundaries of the image clustered frames' group in RGB space and YUV space. By using the present invention, the stability of detection results in different environments may be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention disclose a method, system and apparatus for coordinated processing of a document, relate to the field of data processing and are intended to address the problem of how multiple clients perform coordinated operations on the document. In the invention, a server detects a document operation on a first client among respective clients at a preset frequency and sends a detection result to a second client other than the first client; and the second client displays the detection result. Apparently this solution addresses the problem of how the multiple clients perform coordinated operations on the document.

Abstract: A method and a device for determining a display mode of an electronic document on a screen are provided. The method may comprise: obtaining the size of the screen and the original layout size of the electronic document; determining, from the obtained original layout size, a document layout length in a layout direction of the original layout of the electronic document; determining, from the obtained size of the screen, a screen reading length in a reading direction of the screen; and comparing the document layout length with the screen reading length to determine whether a fixed-layout display mode or a flow display mode shall be selected to display the electronic document.

The method for describing an image according to an embodiment of the invention includes: transforming an image from a BGR color space into a Gaussian derivative color model; and transforming the image from the Gaussian derivative color model into an optical reflection invariant color space, wherein the process of transforming the image from the Gaussian derivative color model into the optical reflection invariant color space includes: determining, for each pixel on the image, color channels of the pixel corresponding to the optical reflection invariant color space according to a first coefficient and a second coefficient of the pixel in the Gaussian derivative color model. The embodiments of the invention can alleviate an error in a description of an image of the same contents but with a significant change in color.

Abstract: A digital content rights management method and system belongs to the digital content rights management technique field. The method of the invention includes the steps: registering the system, generating the time stamp, verifying the time stamp when the system starts up, acquiring the certificate, verifying the time before accessing the digital content. The system of the invention comprises a device for accessing the digital content and a server, wherein the device for accessing the digital content comprises: a registering module, a time stamp generating module, a time stamp verification module, a certificate of authorization acquiring module, and a time verification module. The method and system have solved the problem that the digital content can still be used beyond the time limit.
