  • Patent number: 12402174
Abstract: A base station transmits, to a wireless device, message(s) comprising a first maximum value for a preamble transmission counter and a second maximum value for a second counter. The base station transmits a control order initiating a random access procedure on a first unlicensed cell. The first maximum value may indicate a maximum number of preamble transmissions for the random access procedure. The second maximum value may indicate a number of listen-before-talk (LBT) failures of at least one LBT procedure performed for transmission of a preamble for the random access procedure. A value of the preamble transmission counter may be kept the same. A value of the second counter may be incremented based on the at least one LBT failure. The random access procedure may be cancelled based on either the preamble transmission counter reaching the first maximum value or the second counter reaching the second maximum value.

  • Patent number: 12376007
Abstract: A base station transmits, to a wireless device, configuration parameters of a secondary physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) group. The configuration parameters include a PUCCH secondary cell and a secondary cell. The base station transmits, during a first time interval, a command activating the secondary cell. The base station starts reception of channel state information, from the wireless device, for the secondary cell from a second time interval that is a positive number plus a pre-determined number of time intervals after the first time interval. In response to activation of the PUCCH secondary cell being completed in or after the pre-determined number of time intervals after the first time interval, the positive number is based on when the activation of the PUCCH secondary cell is completed by the wireless device.

  • Publication number: 20250106892
Abstract: A base station receives first feedback of a first channel in a first subset of channels operating in a first unlicensed frequency band. The base station receives second feedback of a second channel in a second subset of channels operating in a second unlicensed frequency band different from the first unlicensed frequency band. The base station transmits, on a third channel in the first subset of channels, a downlink signal based on a listen before talk (LBT) procedure with a contention window of a first size. The contention window of the first size is based on the first feedback in response to the first channel and the third channel being in the first subset of channels in the first unlicensed frequency band and not based on the second feedback in response to the second channel not being in the first subset of channels.
